Your character, sometimes known as an avatar, is your representation in the game.

Ranks

Your rank is based on the experience your character has in the game. Experience is gained by carrying out criminal activities. The higher your rank, the better payouts you get, and the harder you are to kill.

Wealth Ranks

Wealth rank is based on the amount of cash that the character has on hand. For a more holistic view of the wealth of a character, their economic score takes nearly all assets into account. Very roughly speaking an economic score of 1,000 would indicate a player having a net worth of around £1bn.
